Did my best to get the postal service and local authorities involved, due
to the mail fraud across state lines and such. They basically told me that
they attempted to contact him about it, but because he never responded
(no kidding) they couldn't do any more. Lovely.I did have his phone number for a while and got a few calls into his
house where his mother eventually started hating me. Turns out he is probably using a mailing address that is dead, but he can
pick up mail from that remote location. Meaning, his house is not where
the mail ends up at. Good luck getting anything else accomplished; local and state authorities
don't seem to care as much as they should. I agree though, he needs a
serious ass beating and then some cuffs.
